Connect Search Console and Analytics

The Pro tier's «review with real numbers» only works once Google lets us read your site's numbers. You grant that yourself: you add one email address as a restricted user. No password changes hands, and you can remove the address again in the same screen whenever you like.

The email you need to add:

Why it matters

Without this connection the day-30 review can only re-measure the structure of your site (pages, titles, links). With it, the same review says how many times each article was seen in Google results, how many clicks it earned, where it ranked and how many visits it brought — and the next cycle's plan is built on exactly those numbers.

1. Search Console (impressions, clicks, position)

Go to search.google.com/search-console and pick your site. If your site is not there, you first need to verify ownership in Search Console.
In the left menu: Settings → Users and permissions.
Press Add user and enter the email above.
Set the permission to Restricted and confirm. «Restricted» means read-only: we cannot change anything in your Search Console.
Come back to your site's property page in the panel and press Check access. If everything is right you see «connected» immediately.

2. Google Analytics (visits and engagement) — optional, Pro only

Go to analytics.google.com → Admin → Property access management.
Add the email above with the Viewer role.
Copy the property number (Admin → Property details → Property ID; a 9-digit number, not the G-… measurement ID) and enter it on the property page.

What happens after

We read the numbers every night. In the day-30 review each article shows its impressions, clicks, position and visits side by side, and the next cycle's plan is built from those numbers and the site's fresh gaps. Until you connect, the same review is structural only — and the report says so.

Do you want my Google password?

No. One email is added to your list of users, with the lowest level of access. Remove it there whenever you want.

My site is not registered in Search Console.

First verify ownership of the site in Search Console (usually by adding a DNS record or a file on the site). Then follow the steps above. If you get stuck, open a ticket from the panel — Pro has priority in the queue.

How long until the numbers show up?

The first read happens the same night. Google itself publishes each day's numbers with a one-to-two-day delay, so today's article has numbers from the day after tomorrow.
