Rima, Business Manager

"I don't have time to make sense of all this."

You add Rima to your team's Telegram group and she listens with your permission: a promise becomes a task with one button, in the evening she reminds you what's left, on Saturdays she sums up every employee's work with your own numbers, and whenever you say “Rima …” she answers from your data. No commands, no slashes — like a colleague.

For: All paying customers — weekly digest included in every plan

What does Rima do in the group?

Only your own numbers — nothing gets written unless we measured it.

01
Listens — with permission

She asks first; messages stay only until the next summary (7 days at most) and she goes quiet the moment you say “Rima stop”.

02
Turns promises into tasks

“I'll publish the article by Thursday” becomes a task with one ✅ — and in the evening she reminds you what's still open.

03
The Saturday read

What was delivered, what worked, what stalled — every claim with that week's number, right in the group.

04
Answers

Say “Rima, which article worked best this month?” — she answers from your own 30 days of data, not from guesses.

Monday's digest sample
A good week; reels are finding their place. 4 pieces delivered; Tuesday's reel got 2.4× the average views Page report card went from 61 to 64 Two calendar items are behind; Thursday has room to catch up Your reel quota is used up and reels are your best format; upgrading to “Growth” pays off on these numbers
Whenever you have a question sample
You/ask what did I get delivered this week?
Business manager4 deliveries this week: 3 ready posts and 1 article. Two of the posts got a 👍; the article isn't published yet — publish it today and the next digest will show its effect.
Doesn't produce, doesn't listen without permission: Rima only reads, sums up and suggests — making content is the rest of the team's job; and until you confirm, not one message from the group is stored.

Hire — transparent, no auto-renewal.

The weekly digest is free with every paid plan. These plans only increase your question quota — and are added on top of your plans' quota.

Who for: For an owner who has no time to make sense of all of this.
What you get: Sits in your team's Telegram group: turns promises into tasks, follows up at night, sums up every employee's work with your numbers on Saturdays, and answers whenever you call her.
What it doesn't do: Doesn't produce content, never invents a number we haven't measured, and never listens without your permission.

For an owner who wants to know once a week what is going on.

Questions about this service.

So is something free or not?

The weekly digest is free with every paid plan — the same "weekly review" once promised for the Pro plan, now included in every paid plan. Q&A has a quota: Basic 20, Standard 60, and Pro 150 questions per month. With the free scan you also get 3 questions a month to see what it's like.

When do I need these plans?

When you've used up your plan's quota, or when you only want this and don't have another plan. Its quota is added on top of your plans' quota, it doesn't replace it.

Does unused quota carry over to next month?

No. The quota is monthly and resets at the start of each month.

Why is it account-level?

Because the manager reads the work of all your sites and pages together — it isn't tied to a single URL.
